Renewing Businesses:

Springdale has moved the business license renewal process online.

From now on, Civic Review will automatically notify applicants by email when it’s time to renew. Each business will receive a message with a direct link to begin the renewal process.

Prospective Licensees:

Springdale Business Licenses are valid from July 1st through June 30th of each year. License fees are calculated throughout the online application process. **This is the local Alcohol Permit only. Applicants must submit a valid DABS permit to be approved for a Springdale Alcohol Permit**

Home-Based Businesses

The Town of Springdale does not charge licensing fees for Home-based businesses. A business in your home requires a home occupation permit as well as a business license. The home occupation permit process requires notification of your neighbors and a review by the Director or Community Development, Tom Dansie. Contact him at 435-772-3434 or via email.

Alcohol Licensing

Alcohol licenses can be obtained in addition to a Commercial license via the link above and in conjunction with the Utah Department of Alcoholic Services
