Manual Purpose
The Town's zoning and land use regulations are intended to help preserve the small town feel and village atmosphere in Springdale. One of the contributing factors to the small town feel and atmosphere is the look and design of buildings. Thus, many of the Town ordinances contain specific regulation on how buildings look.
The Design Standards Manual is intended to clarify and expound on the regulations in the ordinance. It provides guidance for designers as they prepare plans for new development.
