Adding an Event to the Community Calendar
To request an event listing on the Town of Springdale’s Community Calendar, please complete the Submit an Event form. Event submissions will be reviewed by Town staff for approval.
Qualifying Events:
The Community Calendar is intended for public events held in Springdale that aligns with the Town’s Advertisement and Promotion of Community Events Policy:
- Events must be open to the public and not restricted to private or invitation-only attendance.
- Events should have a community-wide focus and reach, meaning they are of general interest to the residents of Springdale and surrounding areas.
- Non-commercial, free community events managed by private groups or non-profits may be included if they serve a broad public interest and do not charge admission.
- Private or ticketed events will not be listed unless they are officially sponsored by the Town.
