NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

- Public Hearing: Ordinance 2025-08: Changes to the Town's Regulations Related to Accessory Buildings and Structures, and Addition of a Limit on the Total Amount of Development (In Square Feet) Allowed on Residential Properties. Staff Contact: Thomas Dansie.
- Public Hearing: Ordinance 2025-09: Modifications to the Accessory Dwelling Unit regulations. Staff Contact: Thomas Dansie.
- Public Hearing on Budgeted Compensation Increases for Executive Municipal Officers Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-818. Staff Contact: Rick Wixom
- Public Budget Hearing: Resolution 2025-06: Adoption of the Final Budget for FY 2025/2026. Staff Contact: Rick Wixom
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by June 6, 2025, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting. |
