NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

- Public Hearing: Ordinance Revision: Changes to the Town's Regulations Related to Accessory Buildings and Structures, and Addition of a Limit on the Total Amount of Development (in Square Feet) Allowed on Residential Properties. Staff Contact: Thomas Dansie.
- Public Hearing Ordinance Revision: Modifications to the Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations. Staff Contact: Thomas Dansie.
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by May 16, 2025, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting. |
