NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Springdale Town Council will hold a public hearing as described below. The hearing will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

- Ordinance Revision: Changes to Chapter 10-13F of the Town Code, the Transient Lodging Overlay Zone, altering the application process, review procedures, and land use requirements for new transient lodging facilities. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by December 8, 2023, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
