NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plats: Pearl Johnson requests preliminary and final subdivision plat approval for a two-lot subdivision of a 2.63-acre property located at 1365 Zion Park Boulevard (Parcel S-84), located in the VR zone
2. Ordinance 2023-07: Proposed amendments to Chapters 10-7A, 10-10, and 10-15A of the Town Code to clarify development standards in the Agricultural Zone
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 and 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Staff reports with more detailed information about the matter(s) addressed in the public hearing will be available by July 7, 2023, on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting. |
