NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below.  The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 5:00 PM

1. Ordinance 2022-14: Changes to the minimum distance required to separate two structures in the Village Commercial zone.
2. Ordinance 2022-15: Changes to the outdoor lighting regulations in Chapter 10-15C of the Town Code, making the Town's lighting standards consistent with International Dark Sky Association standards
3. Ordinance 2022-16: Revisions to the Transient Lodging Overlay zone, altering the timeline when the Town will accept new applications for the TLO zone (section 10-13F-8)
