NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing as described below. The hearing will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Public Hearing: Ordinance revisions to chapter 10-23-7 of the Town Code to remove the restriction on parking spaces being located in the Special Flood Hazard Area. Staff contact: Niall Connolly
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by March 14, 2025, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
