NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

- Public Hearing – Ordinance 2025-01: Changes to Chapter 10-27 of the Town Code (Wireless Communications Facilities) and potential adoption of the Wireless Communications Master Plan for Springdale. Staff contact: Niall Connolly
- Public Budget Hearing – Resolution 2025-01: Open and amend the FY 24-25 budget. Staff contact: Rick Wixom.
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by January 3, 2025, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
