NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Zone Change: Request to change the zone on several small pieces of property in the Kinesava subdivision between the FR and VR zones to reflect changes to the configurations of Lots 1 and 12 and the adjacent common area in the subdivision, as well as a small portion of parcel S-161-B-2 (future Kinesava subdivision common area). Impacting a total of approximately 3,500 square feet of property (approximately 1/8 acre). Applicant: Phillip Bimstein. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.
2. Amendment to the Kinesava Residential Planned Unit Development Subdivision, affecting lots 1 and 12, the common areas within the subdivision, and "future common area D" (parcel S-161-B-2). Applicant: Kinesava Homeowners Association. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly
