Residential garbage is collected by the Washington County Solid Waste District. New residential customers should contact the Dawn Wallace, the Town Treasurer at 435-772-3434, to arrange for service. Garbage collection fees are assess on the monthly utility bill from the Town. The current garbage collection rate is $10.61 per month (effective January 1, 2012). Garbage collection rates increase every two years. Town Code Section 4-5-7 details the collection rates over time.
Commercial Service
Commercial garbage is collected by Allied Waste. New commercial customers should contact Allied Waste directly to arrange for service.
