Redhawk Affordable Housing in Springdale
The Redhawk at Springdale development consists of 15 single family homes and 24 apartments. Seven of the single family homes will be sold to buyers on an affordable basis. The other eight will be sold at market rate. All of the apartments will be rented on an affordable basis.
Rental applications for the apartments are now available. The rental units will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Get your application in promptly to have the best shot at getting an apartment.

Applications now being accepted for moderate income home lottery
Color Country will hold a selection lottery for qualified families to purchase the Moderate Income home currently under construction on Lot 6 of the Redhawk Subdivision.
This will be a beautiful home with incredible views, fine craftsmanship, and luxurious appointments. Sketches of the home are available here.
Applications for the selection lottery are due by Friday, May 22, 2009. Applications may be downloaded here, and are also available at the Town Office.
