Zion Yoga Co-op is a collective of teachers offering a variety of classes at the Zion Canyon Community Center.
Class pricing is by donation and mat rentals are available for $1.00/class.

Nancy Guardabascio received her teacher training at Yogaworks in Costa Mesa, California, integrating a variety of styles of hatha yoga. Her teaching style is alignment-focused, blending a bit of flow into the more advanced classes.
The joy of movement, the inward journey, the discovery of self, the love of community are each a part of what she enjoys sharing while practicing and teaching.
Trish Jennings Movement from the breath is what she finds most rewarding in yoga. Trish believes there is great harmony in the world and feel that yoga, music and the great outdoors helps us enjoy this. It all starts with one breath, one smile, one love. She is also certified in hatha yoga.
Melissa Thompson has found the path of Yoga to be deeply transformative. It is her goal to provide others with the tools necessary to bring about growth, well-being and self-acceptance. Her teaching style is mindful, accepting and integral, combining all methods in order to provide wholeness in the connection of the body, mind and spirit. Melissa completed her teacher training at the Integrated School of Yoga in Salt Lake City.
Rebecca Warren - a Utah native - has practiced yoga for 20 plus years - more than half her life. She became Yoga Alliance registered in 2007, after a year long program, at Inner Dance Yoga Studio, of Anchorage, Alaska, under Lynn Minton, student of legend, B.K.S. Iyengar - founder of Hatha Yoga. Rebecca enjoys sharing the ability to bring ourselves closer to our better selves through the practice of yoga. Her style tends to be playful, centred, and restorative.
