The Springdale Historic Preservation Commission was appointed to survey and inventory community historic places, to review proposed nominations to the National Register of Historic Places, to provide advice and information to Town officials and other governmental officials, and to support enforcement of State Historic Preservation Laws.
The Commission consists of at least five members who are each appointed by the Mayor for a term of at least two years. Each member of the Commission has demonstrated interest in, experience with, or knowledge of historic preservation.
The Commission meets at least twice each year. All meetings are held at the Town Hall, 118 Lion Boulevard. Agendas and minutes can be found on the Historic Preservation Commission Minutes and Agenda page.
